i love my daddy!

Hi dad, this is Channing. I love you so much! we have such a fun time hanging out, and i love to snuggle and play with you. i save my best smiles for my daddy. I like to snuggle next to you in my snuggly harness.



I like to match in green and brown outfits that you picked out for Mom's birthday.


I am growing big and strong like you, and someday will beat you at basketball...maybe...:)

We like to curl up on the leather couches at Grandma's and Papa's house and snooze for hours...:)

We have a lot of fun playing together.

You wrap me up so tight in my fuzzy snowman pillowcase, and you are so patient while i have trouble burping, and falling asleep. This morning at 4am I squirted poo all over your leg, and you were really tired, but you still love me and take such good care of me.

Channing meets more family....

Channing got to meet all of Kev's family when he came up here, and we were excited for him to meet his grandpa, in the last post, and Nana Laurel, coming up in this post, as well as his uncles and great-grandma. he's pretty happy whenever he's with his family. there will be lots of new posts, so keep scrolling down on our blog. we have to update on a whole month of Channing-ness!

yay for the parents...haha...jk...we're having fun with our little boy! he's a cutie, and we love him.

a few things have happened....

So...a few things have happened in the last 3 1/2 weeks. Channing's been out of the hospital since May 22nd, we moved home to Washington on the 23rd, and have been in the process of moving up here, and moving houses with my parents, so it's been busy, but good. Channing is doing well, and is now 10 lbs, 1 oz, and 22 1/2 inches long! he's been doing really well eating and keeping all his food down, and his doctors are really happy about it. he gained 9 oz in the last 2 weeks!

I am no longer working, and am loving the time to just spend with Channing and family. it's been fun to be back home with both of our families. Channing gets to spend time with both sets of grandparents often and we are loving that.

Kevin is still working full-time for the same company here in Washington. The computer was taking a long time to download pictures, so there will be many more posts to come! we are doing well, and are excited to be home!




Kevin's dad got to see Channing for the first time when he helped us move home. Thanks David! Channing's middle name is after his grandpa, David.




We finally got to go on a date the night before we packed everything up with Jacque, Mark, Stephanie and Jeff. We had a lot of fun, and did well mini golfing.



I got several hole-in-ones, and was amazing!
