Megan: it's her 30th birthday today, and i'm so glad we have her in Seattle with us. We have so much fun going to girlie movies together, going "running" together and just hanging out all the time. she's the favorite auntie to every grandchild in the family and she's a fun chickie to hang out with.
Mom and Dad: are doing well after the transplant and are doing such a good job of taking care of each other and us; my mom is doing great, and continues to heal well, but slow.
Channing: such a good boy! he loves to read books and to play loudly with his toys. he loves everyone around him and loves to be cuddled and played with. he is talking more and more and will start saying actual words soon. He continues to walk everywhere and his attention span is growing...you can't hide too many things from him without him remembering where it is...and persisting after it until he gets it, or gets it taken away from him....with tantrums following sometimes...:)
Kevin: I don't talk about Kev's accomplishments as much as I should; he's been doing a lot of great things; he just got a new insurance job this last week, and is doing great; he sang a solo in church and did awesome! ; his church basketball team hasn't lost a game yet this season, and is in the regional quarterfinals...:); he's an amazing dad and husband and does so much to help me out with Channing; he is an author....and is 165 pages (on the computer) into his religion/fantasy novel he is currently working on....and i am so proud of him for his ideas, and how excited he gets to carry them out. He hopes to have his book finished and ready for publication by the end of the year.
i'm grateful for all my family and friends who care about us and make sure we are doing well. thanks guys!
