HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHANNING!

My little baby Channing turned TWO today! where did these last two years go? I'm going to copy what my sister does for her kids on their birthdays:

Channing at age 2:

Favorite color: no preference :)

Favorite foods: pizza, ham, crackers, soup, french fries, ice cream, anything with sugar :)

Favorite animal: kitties, puppies

Favorite movie: Monster's Inc; Cars; Bug's Life; anything Pixar

Favorite sports: soccer and basketball

Favorite activities: playing blocks, watching movies, playing with his toy animals, drawing, going to the park, playing basketball and kicking the soccer ball, praying :)

Words/signs: more, please, love you, amen, grandpa/grandma, mama, dada...and lots and lots of animal sounds :)

Favorite books: I am a Bunny; the Truck book; anything with animals

Channing is a very sweet little boy. He loves to snuggle and give us lots of hugs and kisses. He scowls at people in public, smiles at home and laughs like crazy when he gets tired or tickled. He doesn't like to be laughed at....he'll cry :( and he's just a fun little guy that we love so much! we are so happy he is so healthy and he will be a great big brother. we love you!

So...Channing after his latest bout of flu...has been undergoing some major changes. He has gone cold turkey on his beloved formula of two years, and all of a sudden just pushes it away, which is great, but now he has to get sufficient calories in other ways.

His favorite foods: frosting....lots and lots of it :) ; oatmeal; teriyaki bowls from costco; really any samples from costco; vegetables dipped in ranch; split pea soup; progresso chicken noodle soup, and red licorice and french fries. He has been an eating machine and will eat most of whatever i make for myself, so he's doing well :)

last night he was sitting like this and talking to my parents about playing ball, and he just kept posing for me...so cute!

we love our boy! we are having another boy in July! yay for boys!
